The
secret to a glowing complexion is all around you and plentiful……WATER!
Whether you drink it, mist it or splash it, this universal
solvent will cleanse your body of grime, dirt and toxins.
Below are instructions on how to externally cleanse your
face.
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before washing the face. Dirty
hands can transport grime.
2. Wash with luke warm or cool water, not hot water, especially
if your face flushes often. Hot water will not only burn
your skin but also worsen the natural tendency to develop
extra blood vessels on your face, giving a ruddy, unattractive
complexion

3. Once a week steam your face before cleaning it. Steam from
effectively opens pores.
4. Wash your face with outward, upward motions.
5. If you live in a geography where water is hard, be sure
to perform additional rinses.
6. If you are exercising frequently or are in a sooty environment,
it is unlikely that you need to
wash your face more than four times a day.
7. Develop a routine to cleanse your face before going to
bed every night. Try to remember, what is not removed from
your skin, eventually clogs the facial skin and leads to blemishes.
8. If your skin is oily despite frequent washing, you should
switch from your cleanser to an astringent or medication.
Consult your dermatologist before doing so.
9. Do not over wash. This will cause oily skins to break out
after temporarily drying it.
10. Seal in the moisture of water after washing your face
by applying a moisturizer. Then you can use other treatments
such as sunscreen, creams or lotions.
